Dedicate the next five minutes to express gratitude to Jesus for specific blessings bestowed upon you and your family. No blessing is too small to acknowledge. Using our journal or your own, find inspiration and examples of things to be thankful for, from opportunities to serve friends to the profound gift of Jesus sacrificing for us. Let's take a moment to cultivate an attitude of gratitude in our sacred hour with Jesus.
