House VA lawmakers to subpoena Oracle over EHR contract

House Veterans Affairs lawmakers sought answers on Wednesday about why the Veterans Affairs Department massively increased the contract for its electronic health record system. But, one key participant in the project, the contractor Oracle, failed to show up and committee members were not happy.
