Greetings, greetings. Welcome to another episode of Truth to Power and your host, I'm your host, Welcome to the new year. Now this year was very challenging, so challenging that the suicide rate went up 200%. And I keep hearing and saying post, I keep saying means about people saying that they've been saying this year, God exposed to your real friends where.

Okay, we could go with that, we could go with that. This year was a tough one, this year was a tough one, but in the words of the model, two-part chakra, last year was a hobby, but life goes on. Also, we have to be understanding of certain people in the lives that whether they're this romantic, whether they're social, whether it's just business, we have to be aware of people in our lives that really mean there's no good, they're holding this bank. And sometimes it comes in a form of, it does come in forms of jokes.

I made a post once recently, I said listen, that every time I speak good about myself and you scoff or you suck or see, then you really not my friend, you miserable, faster. And I know that there'll be a kind of thing amongst my circle. If I say, listen, I'm doing this, I got this going on. Always somebody who's serving is going, I go up, yeah, whatever.

And it may seem like something is very small, but that person really doesn't want to see you win, they don't really believe in your mission. And I implore, and I said, just that to give real life person in your life immediately, because people like that are poison, they are miserable and they are unhappy with themselves. Now, even if you just oppose this episode to leisure's episode, I'm in a more jolly a mood because of the fact I got rid of some of those toxic and I really do hate using their word toxic, I really do, but I really did give rid of those types of people in my life. And I'm continuing to grow and I'm learning how to get people out of your life immediately if you don't want to do it.

Now, I mean, I have an extreme mindset, I want to say I'm an extremist because you know how much premises do it, and why it's the purpose of a long dress, when a black man says, the stream, they're going to say black identity, the extremists, and we don't have time for that bullshit. But I've learned how to cut people out of my life and make me no good, people that don't believe in my mission, people that just knock down right now with me, right? What I like to do is I like the black numbers, I'm black, you're on my social media, right? It was all types of kind of tech.

If you can get a contact with me in a type of way, I would lose your contact and I'd never hear from you again. Point, point, period. And I've been like that for most of my life, most of my life. And a professor, once I was going to a bear, I break up.

And I was like, so why does this bear keep calling me? This is before black, black numbers became like the thing, you could block numbers in your phone, have a black bear, everybody's not about the black bear. But why does this girl keep calling me? And he was like, because you didn't change your number.

He said, in time go to a breakup and you want it to be done over, if you're really sure about it, change your number, change your number. Shut up about the call, man. That the call was over that. He said, change your number.

And I did it just then. They went along with P.T. I didn't have to worry about the stress of worrying about somebody that meant me no good. But the problem with house cleaning is sometimes people houses are cluttered with people that mean I'm no good.

You know, I did an episode on hoarding and I was talking about really hoarding people because sometimes we hold trashy people in our lives. People that will, if you're a woman, men that are mess up your credit, people that will borrow money from me, never pay back. People that will intentionally do things that hurt you or sabotage you. I think I'm trying to like, well, then just who I am, that's my nature.

Well, that's when you need to part ways with that person. Even in a time I'll for the rest of your lives, even if it's going to hurt temporarily. Did you get that? Even if it's going to hurt temporarily.

It's going to hurt. It's going to hurt. It could be like losing a number sometimes, you know, sometimes we'd be like losing a number sometimes you have the more to the relationship. If you're the person you believe in that person, you thought they were the person that would have your bag through whatever weather, but time will reveal all things.

Time will also heal all things. Just when people think that you're down and out, just when people think that they've hurt you by using you up and dragging you to the bottom, like a goddamn thing, you rise. Like the goddamn thing is you rise. You rise.

You rise. And then they'll start with a stupid try them, board their way back in your life. And by the time you should have blocked the number and blocked multiple types of social media and blocked all types of contact will. This year in particular, we were stuck in the house.

We were under quarantine for the most part for a long time. I think we were in quarantine from in Louisiana for sure from February to like me. May or I think we were squancing for real, real time, but I couldn't do anything from February all the way to me. And that's a long time to not be sociable, to not be around people, to not really have contact with the people that you love.

But wait a minute, wait a moment. And I know everybody was going to do something this year, but so was that. I was able to reach out to people that loved me and they were able to reach out back. Some people, I didn't even actually reach out and they still read back.

But I'm even reaching out to them. They still reached out and actually was okay. Was everything fine? Did I need anything?

Do I need to talk to them? Because you know, some people just care. Some people care about you. Some people don't.

Some people just don't. And one of my themes with 2021 is I'm returning, if I receive energy, I'm returning all their energy because the only energy I really want to hold on to be honest with you guys is the positive energy that I receive from Allah in myself. Did you give me? Did you hear what I said?

The only energy that I want to receive is the positive energy that I get from Allah, God in myself. Everybody else in the G, well, there's good, bad, horrific, horrendous. I don't return it back carefully. Just to pack that with myself.

And I'm pretty good at making packs with myself. So, some people are going, well, what about family members? As I told you guys before, those need to be the first ones that you cut the fuck off because for the most part, they don't want to see you win. As the same goes, their biggest haters are not the ones that you know, that you don't know.

They're always the ones that you do know. And your biggest supporters are the ones that you don't know, which is true, which is true. However, with me, one of them, what I will do is, if you, I'm so loyal, let me tell you something. I guess this is a burden.

This is the burden of being a man. If you just show me just a little bit of loyalty, then I got your back for the rest of my days. But there's just something personal with me. That's what I have going on with me.

And you could tell from a podcast, from a show. Me and some people, we had to put our ways in a business sense. We still tell a person, but business sense, business-wise, we have to put our ways. That's okay.

Shout out to those people because I realized something. And this is no knocking on but I realized that my work ethic and the way that I work and the way I come from middle-class things is totally different. Whether it's some time, whether I'm struggling, whether I'm struggling, not struggling, but struggling to stay awake or struggling to make it from point A to point B, meaning that I've done some months throughout the day, I'm down there, about where to fall over. No matter what my person was going on in my personal life, I always make the effort to put the work in.

I always make the effort to put the work in. And if you know my schedule, then typically, if I'm not already working overnight, 4am, breakfast, gym, barber, work, work, gym, workout, work, work, work. And all of these things, I'm not working for other people, but I work for myself to keep myself afloat. And for those who don't know, I just released a number one release.

I'm very proud of it. A number one release on my birthday on my phone book, sincerely, Chowers and Ignite. It's a number one release. I'm very proud of that.

And you guys should, I can't wait to show you guys what I got in store for next year. Next year, I'm pushing everything, all my chips in on me. And usually I like to focus on other people and what they need and how they could use me. And I want to be somebody that they can depend on, somebody that's going to give them best type of service, where I'm here on earth, because we need that.

We truly do need that. We truly do need people that will give us service, that will give their time, give their commitment to a certain project or to certain people. But next year, I have to focus solely on me and what I need. And if you can return what I'm giving, then I can't really be associated with you like that.

And every friendship needs reciprocity. That's another one of my things for 2021. The rest of the process. Whatever you give me, I'm giving back.

Whatever I give you, hopefully you can give it back in effort, give it back in time, give it back in money, production, whatever the case may be. But I need that. I need that. This year, I was able to give the contact with me.

But I thought I would never be able to, you know, build a boat with, talk with, have a conversation with, I was able to do that. And maintain a close friendship and a close business relationship with these people. And next year, I'm hoping that it gets proud until me becoming the six million of them. Because you know, they say, if you have five million of friends, then you're likely to become the six.

And I've been making these associations, I've been making these contacts, and it's been very wonderful. It's been going well. And I can hope to continue to stand touch with these people and continue to stay on the ground and doing what I'm doing. The only way that won't happen is the life is subtending.

And if you know me, then I'm just never giving up. Also, next year, I had to say, come back to Louisiana. I made this decision in September, I think. I have to say goodbye to Louisiana.

I made this decision in September. And, you know, that's just what it is. I feel like I gave this state, I gave this city everything I possibly could give it. And even to the point where, you know, people come to ask me for advice and sometimes I feel like the father has made my advice on situations.

And not give it all. I'll give it for you again. But I think I've given this state the city everything I possibly could give it. And that's time for me to move on to other things and to challenge myself in other ways.

But, you know, the podcast will continue as long as white supremacy is alive. And we will be here fighting it. And that's the thing I want to touch on before I leave before I go. Nothing I want to touch on.

Black people that don't want to fight white supremacy, you have to go. You can't stay in my life. Black people that are too afraid to acknowledge the truth, even when it's standing in front of you, you have to go. You have to go.

I can't have you in my life anymore. And it doesn't break my heart at all. I just can't be associated with cowards, bear bucks and bear wishes. I just can't.

If you're afraid to acknowledge white supremacy, if you're afraid to fight white supremacy, we can't be friends. We cannot be friends. I don't want to be associated with you. Not at all.

That's going to be part of my house cleaner and my housekeeping. For everybody, the purchase or has read, sincerely, Travis McMight, available now with kendallen numbers on it. Thank you. I truly do appreciate it.

I dropped it on my birthday. I appreciate the birthday wishes that I got. I appreciate all the love that you guys are showing me. And you guys that are listening to this right now, thank you for listening.

Thank you for your support. And 2021, I know people saying their hesitant to say this is my year. But you still got to claim this. Some kind of right here.

2021 is our year. We got 2021 with a great state of mind with a great spirit with great knowledge. And we're going to cover this year that's coming up 365 days. And we're going to grind every single last one of them.

You know, rest, no sleep. We got to go get it, man. And so I'm here inside of town. Thank you guys for joining me tonight.

I just spoke truth to power. New guys have a great new years. I will speak to you in 2021. Good night.
