According to last year's Deloitte property index, Slovakia has the most expensive real estate, relative to income, in Europe. It takes the average Slovak 14 annual incomes to afford a 70 square meter dwelling. To find out how Slovaks view their housing situation, we spoke with three citizens from the Trencin region. Also in this episode, we spoke with researcher Ján Výbošťok from Comenius University about housing affordability in Slovakia today.
