Housing inventory continued to grow in May across the NWMLS service area, offering buyers more options heading into summer. Active listings reached 21,381 homes, up 16.8% year over year. While buyer activity remains strong with increased showings and keybox usage, mortgage interest rates continue to be the primary factor keeping some prospective buyers on the sidelines.
