Before moving to the Bay Area seven years ago, he worked for recruitment firms moving from Tennessee to Boston to Los Angeles, building teams in tech, finance, and manufacturing.  He initially attended Lee University with a plan to teach high school math before pivoting to obtain a degree in business administration with a minor in theology. Vimal completed his coach training with the Co-Active Training Institute.
