She used the experience she gained from her corporate work life to help her grow a successful fitness business. The three things Kendra says you need to do if you are starting your fitness journey and feeling overwhelmed is:MOVE YOUR BODY!Move today! If you are a couch person get up and walk.Move for more than 1 hour per day.Elevate your standards of movement because they are far to low.INCREASE YOUR WATER INTAKEYou can make this change today!GET A FITNESS COACHA fitness coach can help you stay accountable and keep you on track.They can help you figure out a well balanced meal plan that consists of 80-90% nutrient dense proteins, and a plan that you feel comfortable with. One of the most important things when it comes to food is giving yourself a choice!Ask:IS THIS HELPFUL FOR MEIS THIS HELPFUL FOR MY BODYIS THIS GOING TO HELP ME TOWARDS MY GOALSThe mindless eating is the problem because you are not accountable in your choices. Why did Kendra turn to TikTok?TikTok helped Kendra come out of her shell, as she is a big introvert, she wanted TikTok to help pull out the extrovert in her. Tiktok helped her break out from having her emotions stuffed down from the corporate environment. I found Kendra on my FYP calling a creator named Dave out for saying she is weak and can not lift the weights. Once she started specifically targeting to this group she received over 10,000 DM's asking for help. So she started a Facebook group which grew from 300 - over 4000 members in 6 weeks, and just keeps growing.
