William Spekhardt has more than ten years of experience leading special military operations in the Navy both as an enlisted operator and a naval officer. He's now preparing to wrap up his career as a Navy Seal and is applying what he's learned in the military to his real estate operation. William started investing in real estate as a side hustle by renovating distressed single-family properties. He is now focusing on buy-and-hold residential and commercial rental properties. He has a BA degree and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
