The COVID-19 pandemic is raising several wide-ranging questions and implications for both government agencies and the industry that supports them, which we examine in this first of a two-part interview with ICF CEO John Wasson. Public health has also been brought to the forefront in ways rarely, if ever seen before, and is an area ICF is heavily involved in thanks to its work with many agencies on the front lines of the pandemic response. In this part one, Wasson shares his views to Senior Staff Writer Ross Wilkers on what this crisis means for the country’s public health ecosystem going forward and how an event such as this could lead to a very different way of responding to future pandemics.
