This was developed with the idea that everything on there was able to be directly influenced by the staff and they would have incentives to hit certain goals. While it took a few months to lay the groundwork and see where we were at before setting goals, I am blown away by how effective it has been in my practice. It has resulted in having the best two months ever even with having massive snow storms and sickness bombarding us!
