How a simple work order process, or system, creates efficiency

A simple work order process, or system, creates efficiency in many areas of your facilities, maintenance, and other operations. Notice that I said a simple work order process.  That’s important and I will tell you why right now. If you do not have a work order process in place that is where you often start, with a simple system, because that is  the tolerance we often see in the CMMS, Facilities Management or Maintenance, and related industries.  You can sometimes get a good launch with something advanced or complex, or maybe something in between.  We’re going to keep it simple for this episode and make it about simple work order management.
