Trained in structured analytic tradecraft and foreign denial and deception, she worked in environments defined by incomplete information, high stakes, and institutional bias.Tar would later bring that analytical lens into the life sciences sector — first at IBM Watson Health during the early wave of AI in drug discovery, where she led major enterprise partnerships with global pharmaceutical companies.
