This week we welcomed Dallas Stars NHL Legend Marty Turco, Owner of Kingsville Brewery (Kingsville, Ontario). Most people know Marty Turco for his 127 NCAA wins and three NHL All-Star appearances. But today, he’s making a different kind of history in the craft beer world. He joined us live to discuss the founding of Kingsville Brewery and what it takes to scale a Canadian brand in the Texas market. It’s a fascinating look at how the discipline of pro sports translates to the highly competitive world of craft beer production and distribution. It was fantastic to get Marty's perspective on the North American Craft Beer landscape and his approach on trading the crease for delving into the brewing industry.
