On this episode of Neon Galactic, we sit down with Kimberly Engels, a member of the Society for UAP Studies, an associate professor of philosophy at Molloy University, research director at the John Mack Institute, and past president of the North American Sartre Society. We discuss phenomenology, and how it applies to the subject and study of unidentified anomalous phenomena, non-human intelligence, and other kinds of anomalous encounters.Through such a philosophical approach, she points out, researchers emphasize the importance of first-person experience and clearly acknowledge the impossibility of completely removing subjectivity in scientific research.
