She recently wrote and released her first book ‘The One Thing We’ve Never Spoken About,' which explores the silence and stigma surrounding complex mental health conditions. It explores the topic through the lens of Elfy's experience living with a family member with a complex mental health condition, as well as investigating the stories of other Australians.Elfy has also hosted and produced podcasts, ‘Left Right Out’ and ‘The Green Canary’, an environmental news podcast. She is currently working as an editor but shares her experience working as a freelancer for the past couple of years and her advice for those getting started. Her writing has been featured in The Guardian, BuzzFeed News, SBS and Vice.
