How Brian Gutekunst' has failed as a GM and what could have been a dynasty in Green Bay

While many give Brian Gutekunst praise as a GM, I believe we need to evaluate his decisions over his first 5 years as a GM, and by taking a closer look we can see how mistake after mistake has led to this team not having the personnel it should have. While it's difficult to do, had Gutekunst made the right decisions, most of the players who I loved, we would be talking about a Super Bowl dynasty being built in Green Bay to finish out Aaron Rodgers career.
