As Ireland gets more culturally diverse, so does its workforce, and according to recent estimates, over 420,000 workers in the country are non-Irish. Dr. Mamobo Ogoro is the founder and CEO of GORM, she believes businesses are key to building a culturally diverse and resilient society and has recently launched Ireland’s first intercultural business programme. She joins Bobby to discuss.
