In this video I’m speaking on advice that I saw to help men heal. The message is from a man and I wanted to share it so it can possibly help you. Anyone is able to listen because it is applicable to healing pain. I hope that you can find the source of your hurt and start to correct it. I don’t want people to keep hurting others when they don’t have to. And I wish I recognized that how I was being treated wasn’t about me but the pain a man could be suffering from. No you don’t stay with men like that but you can be their friend to help them if they need it. It’s short and to the point so listen to it twice if you need to. ❤️🩹
