Actually help your future self- Don't know where to start? Where are you hitting snags in your day? Are you rushing out the door in the morning? Not getting that daily workout or reading time in? Keep not posting on social media even though you want to be an influencer? PAUSE and notice where you are getting tripped up, then ask, How can I help my future self, so this doesn't happen again? So this happens less? So I feel ____ instead? - Redefine success: Ask yourself: What does it mean *to me* to be successful?  (What is an action you can take that helps your future self achieve that success?)- Puzzle piece mentality: You have all of the puzzle pieces necessary to complete the puzzle/ you have everything you need to be successful...you simply have to turn your pieces to see how they fit (be curious and playful as you find what works for you)Have a question, comment or request for the podcast?
