How can the physical features of our bodies bring joy, envy or distress?

In this episode, I welcome Shayn Robichaud, a trans man newly arrived in Moncton to study social work.To begin, we discuss how some of our physical features amplify our symptoms of gender dysphoria. Then, we share how the hormone treatments we've undergone have enabled us to take ownership of our bodies and improve our well-being. Then we explain how we can feel jealousy and envy towards other trans people who are further along in their journey.
