While most of her career has been focused on high-risk maternal care and NICU service lines, Maggie has also supported projects in critical care, psychiatry, and pediatrics, and completed the Quality University program at HCA Healthcare. She’s led nursing teams of 100+ FTEs and brings experience in balancing clinical quality with operational efficiencies while creating positive and inclusive nursing cultures.
