How can you have God's provision?

One of the names of God is Jahwe Jireh - God who provides. God can indeed provide supernaturally for all our needs, if we are at the place where he can provide for us and if we listen and obey his voice. Often we hear that God is our provider in songs and preachings, put it doesn't seem to work in the live of many believers.
