On this episode of The Family Business Voice, Shiromal and Hiran Cooray, Jetwing’s second-generation leadership team, spoke to Ramia about restructuring Jetwing and their hopes for the future. – The transition to the third generation of leadership in 2018 was an opportunity to restructure the company. – Hiran remains Chairman of the two public listed companies – Jetwing Symphony PLC and The Lighthouse Hotel PLC, as well as the holding companies of hotels owned by the Cooray family. This arm of the business is more focussed on asset management and development. – Shiromal is now the Chairman of the two management companies, Jetwing Travels Limited and Jetwing Hotels Limited – the operations side of the business.
