How Climate Change Affects Our Technology

We've become very reliant on technology and think as it advances, it can't fail. Certainly, we look at "the cloud" as this mystical term that means our data is available all the time. However, that data is stored somewhere physically. Sure, it has redundancies to prevent loss, but it doesn't mean there's a zero chance of that happening. Climate change has a HUGE effect on technology, and this is but one of many potential issues (https://gizmodo.com/heat-waves-climate-change-data-center-server-shut-down-1849916741). In this episode, my aim is to make you aware of how climate change and resulting natural shifts and disasters can and will affect our daily technology. I don't wish to cause alarm, but rather to make us all informed so we can take the right measures to prevent these issues from happening.
