Eleven years later, the non-profit has several employees and is growing as much as the need is growing.CORE is needed because in the food and beverage industry, there is no PTO — if you're not working you're not getting paid."If anything happens, whether it be health, injury, death or natural disaster or domestic abuse, that's where CORE comes in.
