There are ways to cultivate a long-term relationship so it can thrive. Dr. Kathryn Ford is a psychiatrist who helps couples stay open to each other by cultivating present-moment awareness. She teaches couples to shift their dynamics and turn their difficulties into stronger lasting connections.
