I am back from my recalibrating break. I have learned a lot, listened a lot, and worked on being curious and understanding. The one thing that kept popping into my brain was courageous conversations. We often talk about them on the podcast with my guest and my #handsomehothusband cohost, Dan. Today I wanted to dig a little deeper. One thing I was surprised by is how many people appreciated my last email. It confirmed for me that silence is not always golden.
