Join my conversation with Noa Burger about how she started feeling without destination and how she ended up where she is today.Noa works with organisations to address mental health in the workplace. She aims to build teams that are resilient, productive and compassionate, and achieves this through a combination of consultancy, training and mentoring. Noa’s experience is informed by more than a decade advising on different areas of business ethics. Her training is in psychotherapy and she is most passionate about building people’s listening and empathy skills.
