How did I get here?: A brief history of my coaching and leadership experience / Thoughts on the fall of NBA ratings.

Over the holiday season I did not have a guest. I figured it was a good time to discuss my history as a high school basketball coach and how I came to the idea of this podcast. Leadership and coaching is a lifelong passion of mine. I have a love of storytelling. Those things combine to make a great podcast. This is a sparknote recap on how I went from a JV coach to Varsity coach to podcast creator. The second half I share my thoughts on the massive decline in NBA TV ratings this year. Some thoughts are completely independent, some are reflections of current theories from NBA media. Lastly, I discuss my upcoming plans for this podcast.
