The number one question I get asked is about hiring team members. But the close second is about opening up a shop. Auto Detailing is a business that can exist on a mobile scale only, but it seems that most of us want to open a shop as well. On todays episode I want to dive into how I picked out my shop and the model of shop I wanted to have.  This is not a perfect blueprint for anyone to follow it is meant as some ideas I took into account when I decided on my shop. What did I think about and what did I find important in the process?
