How do you stay focused on your relationship with God? Like any relationship, maintaining a strong relationship with God takes work. I am grateful for the journey we have been on together. The only way we could have made it this far is through work. In order for us to have a great relationship, we must work on it.When I was asked, “How do you stay focused on your relationship with God?,” it reminded me of this work. We do not have to work for our salvation, but maintaining a vibrant relationship with God requires effort on our part and the effort is continuous. God has revealed Himself through His Word, creation, and His Son, Jesus Christ. To build our relationship with God we must create good habits, such as reading the Bible, praying, and attending church.
