In this episode, we discuss the importance of mental health awareness and the role huge difficulties that can play in our overall well-being. Our special guest is Tom, the creator of "Talk To Tom," a community-based organisation that helps people open up about their mental health through conversations at local coffee shops.

We also talk about the therapeutic benefits of animals and nature, and how they can help us to better understand and manage our mental health. As we delve into these topics, the conversation expands to cover a wide range of related issues and we all come away with a greater understanding of each other and the importance of mental health awareness.

Overall, it was a great discussion and I feel like our mission of promoting mental health awareness was accomplished. We hope you'll tune in and join us for future episodes of "Happy-Go-Lucky At Heart."
