How Do I Deal With Fear?

Here's the question:"Hi John. Here is the question. I'm the one in charge of making the proposals at Freelancer, Elance and oDesk for a really small company (we are 5 developers, and I'm the salesperson). There are two things that scare me the most: my english level/accent and my ignorance on the matter (coding, I only know, for example, what PhoneGap does but I don't know how).
