How Do I Deal With My Guilt?

Guilt can either crush us or lead us closer to Jesus-it all depends on what we do with it. The Bible is full of people who wrestled with guilt, and their stories show us the difference between being destroyed by it and being restored through it. Judas gave up in his guilt, but Peter ran to grace. David brought his sorrow to God and found healing. Guilt doesn't have to be the end of the story-because with God, it can be a gateway to grace.
