this is such a common question and feels particularly ALIVE this month... and it makes sense! Everything beautiful in life begins with our ability to feel safe in our skin, safe in our space. emperor energy wants that FOR you and FOR the world! so while I'll share some tools I use, I want us to step back for a second and feel beneath that question... are you really asking how can I feel more safety? how can I feel braver, more powerful, more sovereign, more free to be me? all of the above. I talk about safety... its not a state, its an energy you can cultivate and work with... what that has to do with power and peace... and the work that goes into becoming your most unmessable with self. xo
