The Broncos did move up one spot to No. 21 and are still behind Memphis and Cincinnati. Boise State still needs help to move up but they are stuck not only behind the Tigers and Bearcats but Navy could jump Boise State if the Middies defeat Notre Dame. That has us put the Broncos in the second-tier for the Cotton Bowl bid from the Group of Five.
