How Do We Know We Are Saved?

Would you like to be certain about your salvation?  Is it even possible to know now whether you are truly saved?  If it is possible, then how do we know?  This is a common, recurring question in Christian circles.  The Bible does actually tell us that it is possible to be assured of our salvation and provides answers about how we will come to this assured knowledge.  In this podcast, Andy looks primarily at the letter of 1st John, because the Apostle John stated therein that he wrote the letter so that we can have the assurance that we are in fact saved.  And in nailing the argument down, we will also discuss some of the teachings of Jesus and the letter written by Jesus' half-brother, James.
