“Mom, does God love boys more than girls?” was the question Mariko's daughter asked her that led her on the path that produced The Book of Belonging, a storytelling Bible to help the next generation of kids understand the rich diversity of God’s people, emphasizing identity, contemplation, and wonder.How do we approach the complexity of Scripture in a way that tells the truth of God to our children, and to ourselves?
