How Do You Become the Best?

Today we are joined in The Safe Space by Jillian Adams. Jill is one of the only people I know who consistently and actively pursued her goals and passions. She now lives in Finland helping to design icebreaker ships. She is only about 26 years old and already working for one of, if not the, world leading company in the profession she's wanted as long as I've known her. We talk about how she managed to do this, when seemingly none of my other peers had a purpose, let alone pursued it so actively. We discuss how she originally got interested in boat building, when she knew it would be her career, and what it was like to single-mindedly pursue this goal. We also talk about what it is like to actually have achieved this goal and be working as one of the world's leading ship builders.
