How do you exercise belief?

You may want to have your journal take notes. I will be dropping some gems here. I am going to give you the lowdown on limiting beliefs~ What they really are. How they work and how to disengage~ so stick around. You hear all the time you have to believe. And you usually are being told to believe in some unseen force/powers outside of you. And contrary to popular belief that is actually easy for most people to do it to believe in themselves. It’s like you’d rather believe in anything else but you, your innate power. And Self-belief is a requirement on this journey. To create the life experience of your choosing it is a MUST. That is what helps you muster up the courage to take the scary actions. To take that next step even when your legs are wobbly and you are shaking like a leaf. So how do you cultivate that self-belief and practice it? Well For you you must recognize that You're already doing it. The life you are living right now, the choices you are making are ALL based on your beliefs. You are living what you believe right now. Beliefs are lived. Whatever you believe you will Be Living as that. Whether these beliefs are life-affirming or not. And that is the problem. It doesn't matter if what you believe about yourself or life is actually true. If you believe it. You'll be living according to belief. Good or Bad or Indifferent.
