How do you get through your storms and the darkest times listening let's find the tools together

Coping with life is not easy it takes work. Going through the darkest storms eventually you have the opportunity to see the light. I understand that so many people are hurting out there and I want to bring comfort to those that think they're not alone. It can be such a damaging thing to your soul to not ask for help. Remember that you put yourself in the placement category of survivor not victim that's where I'm at my life and I appreciate y'all listening and sharing and being Messengers yourself.
