How Do You Learn to Lead?

Have you ever struggled with understanding how you are supposed to lead? I have, and on today's episode, that's the question we are going to explore.  Every leader must lead for the first time sometime, and regardless of bravado, charisma, or confidence, you don’t know everything that you are going to know in 10 years.  Leadership is a learning process, and therefore, in that process, you are learning how to lead better than you did yesterday.  However, there are lots of theories and models in the leadership world of how you are supposed to lead, so how are you supposed to know what works? I think that ultimately, the real question is not so much, “How are you supposed to LEAD?”, but rather how are YOU supposed to lead?”Thank you, everybody.
