HOW DO YOU MAKE A WISE CHOICE?

A phoebe has decided to build its nest on the light at the freshly painted entrance to the Center. I am not sure if that was a wise decision. I will try not to disrupt it. People often make life decisions from fear or passion without taking the time to decide if it was wise or not.
