How do your emotions affect your horse?

In this episode I go over checking emotions at the door for our horses in order to give them the consistency they need to thrive and build a happy and healthy relationship with their riders. Many people struggle with emotional regulation and allow their emotions to dictate their actions and horses suffer the consequences of our lack of accountability with our actions.
