On the latest Gyro Step, Ti Windisch and Rohan Katti give their rankings for all 15 teams in the Eastern Conference heading into next season by dividing them into five tiers: 1st (should the Milwaukee Bucks be here??), second through fourth, fifth and sixth, play-in teams, and then the non-play-in squads.
