When the dust was settled, we didn’t see Joey Porter Jr. yesterday in the Week 1 win over the Falcons. Are his days in a Steelers uniform numbered? Would the Steelers buck the trend of not negotiating in-season to get something done with Porter? What would be more shocking – a deal getting done now or the team trading him? It feels like there is some beef and bad blood between JPJ and the team. What is the deal with this ‘ramp up’ period for Porter to get back on the field? The guys alluded to TJ Watt signing on the dotted line right before the start of the season a few years back and looking like the best player on the field about 12 hours later. How much are we buying the back injury? How does this saga end? How much power does Omar Khan have now compared to before? The guys think it’s weird that the Steelers didn’t even make an offer for the longest time. Is it true that Porter requested a trade and why did it happen so late?
