How does the Biden administration plan to fix permitting?

The council was established in 2015 to improve the transparency and predictability of the federal environment review and authorization process for certain critical infrastructure projects.  Beightel discusses the challenges of permitting reform and the need for more resources, staff, and funding for agencies charged with the permitting process.
