How Dr. Flora Sinha’s Infertility Journey Led her to Become a Mindset Transformational Coach

Her own mindset journey stemmed from her experiences as a first generation South Asian, a woman in medicine, postpartum depression, motherhood, and, most importantly, her battle with secondary infertility. Dr. Flora launched a successful 1:1 mindset transformation coaching business in 2022 to help women build a foundation of tools to apply to their daily obstacles and eventually help them rewire their patterns of thinking.Dr. Flora Sinha received her medical degree from the University of Arizona and completed her residency at the University of California - Irvine. She currently wears multiple hats, including practicing internal medicine with Cedars Sinai Medical Group. Dr. Flora Sinha is married to her college sweetheart, who is an interventional pediatric cardiologist, and they have a beautiful daughter, along with the newest addition to their family, their 1 year old mini goldendoodle. Outside of practicing medicine and coaching, Dr. Flora enjoys fitness, travel, dancing, being a foodie, and delving into wellness.
