How Dr. Jamis Embraced A Plant-based Lifestyle

from Living At Your Finest

Send us Fan MailA Whole-food and plant-based (WFPB) dietary pattern can positively impact our health and wellness. Robust scientific evidence supports the benefits of a WFPB nutrition due to the numerous fiber, anti-oxidant, polyphenol, and anti-inflammatory properties. The S.A.D (SAD AMERICAN DIET) is loaded with a high amount of salt, sugar, unhealthy oils, and additives, leading to multiple lifestyle-related chronic diseases within our communities. According to recent studies, only 3% of the population is getting the minimum fiber requirement of 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men. And yes, if you were wondering, there is no FIBER IN ANIMAL PRODUCTS. IT IS ONLY FOUND IN PLANTS. I am overjoyed to have the beautiful Dr. Edelita Jamis, Founder of the Lifestyle and Wellness Practice, join me on the LIVING AT YOUR FINEST PODCAST to discuss✨ The benefit of a plant-based diet.✨ How to get started with the right mindset.✨ What are the barriers and solutions?Connect with Dr. Jamis:https://linktr.ee/letedelitaCan you think of someone who may benefit from this episode?
