Eviction and Foreclosure Moratoriums Currently, Arizona is but one of many other States that are facing a resurgence of Covid-19.  In it's wake, Governor Doug Ducey extended the Eviction Moratorium from July 25th to October 31st to avoid the literal tsunami of evictions and foreclosures that potentially could come.
